Contacts are syncing fine. Calendars are NOT!

I have the latest iPod Touch firmware and iTunes software. 2.0.1 & 7.7.1

This morning I:
1. Uninstalled 7.7.1 - Reinstalled 7.7.1
2. Clicked the "Replace information on this iPod" for Calendars in iTunes.
3. Performed a sync.
4. Now there are no entries on my iPod Touch calendar (the Outlook events on my PC are still there). My iPod Touch calendars were wiped clean.
5. When I click "Settings" on the iPod Touch I no longer see the two calendars "Home" and "Outlook". No calendars are listed.

What is going on?

Does this help? I sync my music, videos etc. on my home PC. I only sync my contacts and calendars on my PC at work. This functioned perfectly before the software upgrade to 7.7.1
