Outlook Certificates 3.0?

Do outlook certs. not work on iPhone OS 3.0 as it doesn't recognise .cer for me.

How are you trying to install the certificate? Did you email it to another working email account on your iPhone? Did you put it on a web server and navigate to the certificate file via safari? Did you install the certificate into a provision profile and then install that on your iPhone?
