Outlook.com update from mid-May: anyone have it yet?

So back around 5/13 or so, Microsoft announced an update to outlook.com that was to bring inline message responses, much stronger rules, an undo button, and I forget what else to the webmail interface. They said this would be rolled out "in the coming weeks." We're now about seven weeks out -- no luck here.

Does anyone here have those functions available, and if so, on which bay is your account based on the URL after you log in?
 
Been poking around and can't actually find any posts from anyone saying they have it in any one of a few forums. Maybe I'm missing something..?
