Apps Outlook complication crash using outlook365 w/ Apple Watch

Anyone having Outlook complication crashes using an outlook365 login setup? The complication works flawlessly if setup as exchange, but crashes immediately if setup using 365 login.

Apple Watch Sport 42mm, watch iOS 2.2.2, iPhone 6S plus, iOS 9.3.4

I have same problem. I have an outlook.com address also setup and it crashed most of time when launched from complication. I am also using watchOS 3 GM and has the problem before too.

I will try removing the outlook.com account and just leave my work exchange on and see how it works and report back.

I have recently tried some things, making sure my inbox was reduced to only two weeks of emails by archiving helped. I still get intermittent failures, but it appears that the watch struggles to sync a large amount of email data when the inbox is full.
