Outlook Contacts Useless for UK

The default address format for the UK omits "county' from the address fields. This makes all the addresses useless when sending snail mail. Is there a way to add to these default fields? Thanks.
 
Am I the only mac user in the UK that records contacts addresses in outlook?
 
The county isn't required in UK addresses, provided you have the Postal Town and Postcode, so it doesn't necessarily make contacts "useless".
