Here's a poser.
I want to get calendar entries from my client's system to my iPhone automagically (or as close to that as possible)
Unfortunately forwarding calendar events to my personal Exchange doesn't work since the bank's servers mess with the headers and they do not appear as meeting invites on the iPhone or in Entourage (they don't even have .ics attachments). This, I think, is a known Exchange bug which has been patch fixed by MS but until and unless my client applies it, I'm stuck (and there's no way they'll apply it just for me
)
Important condition: current client is a bank and laptops are locked down very, very tight - absolutely no chance of installing software locally or synching to their Exchange.
What I want to achieve is:-
Easily (preferrably "one-click" style) get calendar entries from client's Outlook on the laptop to my iPhone via my own Exchange server.
I know I can do this by
1) Exporting Outlook calendar to a csv
2) Importing that to a Google Calendar
3) Export from that Google Calendar
4) Importing to Entourage on my MacBook
5) Normal synching Exchange synching then gets it to my iPhone.
Cumbersome to say the least, and of course all calendar entries would be duplicated every time.
Any suggestions?
Other than "give up"
