hi good day all. I need some advice from Mac Outlook / Office 365 exchange experts.
I just found out that my outlook mail and attachments are taking up a lot of space in my SSD. I am using this Outlook Office 365 Exchange for work purpose. I was under the impression that ALL email and attachments are saved in the Exchange Server and not Locally on my Mac. If I delete these attachments or emails, will they still appear on my Outlook ? Are these just caches files ? Is it safe to delete ? I am also enclosing the relevant images. Any advice will be appreciated

Having out tried turning off cached mode? Are you running out of space? Having you used the online Outlook client? Some people I know forgo Outlook client for just the online client.
