Outlook Express won't download iPhoto Email Attachments!

My problem is very simple, and I think Outlook Express is to blame.

Whenever I get an email from a friend who used iPhoto to insert a picture I try to download the picture on my Window's partition and it won't! I do eventually boot back into OS X to download the picture via Mail.app.

Is there any solution or work around to download that photo from Outlook Express?

Check your Windows security options for Internet Explorer. Whatever you have setup for IE also applies to Outlook Express. Look for attachments.
