Universal Outlook for iOS Notification Issue?

Hi,

I use the Outlook application on my iPhone and iPad. I often check emails on both devices.

I have noticed that when I read an email on one device, the notification/badge on the other device does not go away until I actually go in it on the other device.

Does anyone else have these issues? My notification settings and background app refresh settings are set up properly. I am not sure if this is a bug or am I missing something?
