Hello all,
Hopefully posted in the correct section.
I have an issue with Outlook for Mac, the version that is part of the O365 subscription.
It is set up on the Mac, iPhone and iPad correctly as far as I am aware. What happens is, when checking messages on iOS devices, it is creating duplicate emails when I move a message from the inbox to either its proper folder or spam or deleted items if it is not to be kept. This doesn't happen on the MacBook version.
I've had a search on the net, only advice I can see is that it was a issue with Outlook a couple of versions ago or people seem to be having issues with either Gmail or Yahoo causing it.
It is an IMAP version of my Virgin Media account I am using. I can't find any settings to say 'make a duplicate of this email when I move it' or some such, so I am at a bit of a loss.
Any suggestions? If you need more info, please let me know.
