Outlook for Mac (Office365) Calendars

Hi all,

Big Office365 fan and trying out Outlook too, IMO Mail has become stale and sucks for searching for previous emails.

How do I get the 2 to sync in OSX? It seems to sync fine over on iOS, the Outlook app shows everything I entered in iCal as well as Outlook.

Ideas?
