Does anyone know how to get the Voting Options with Approve/Reject to work on a new email on Outlook on Mac?

You just get to it by going Options>Option when composing a new email on Outlook for Windows, but it is not the same for Mac.

Thank you!
 
This is not the option in outlook for mac 2011 till time. May be in future you will enjoy this option like outlook for windows
