Outlook/Hotmail account

I don't have access to the dev builds, but in this release does the Mail client actually allow you to create a Outlook/Hotmail account without jumping through hoops?

I managed to put my hotmail.co.uk through

so far so good, i can't remember the settings to install, so it must've been easy
