Exchange 2010, and Exchange 2013. When users send emails from Macs using Outlook 2011 the fonts resize on the reciving Windows machines. I am aware of the Outlook mac using pixels and the Windows Outlook using points which cause resizing.
It seems crazy that this issue is here at all.
I have, dumped com.microsoft.Outlook.plist files, re-installed Office. Copy / paste content into text edit and back into Outlook does not work. Resizing the default font to size 16 and converting the body of the email to 16 seems to work but this is unworkable
Does anyone else experience this? have any workarounds or fixes. I have a large company with a large Mac roleout happeening soon and this is a show stopper...
