Outlook no longer appears in Itunes when sync'ing

I do not know if anyone has heard of this. Ever since the last two updates to Itunes and to my Iphone I have had nothing but problems. Now I can no longer sync my calendars or contacts because Outlook does not show up in the options in Itunes any longer.
I have uninstalled both Outlook and Itunes and then reinstalled as well as restored my Iphone still nothing. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you.
