Hello,

For the past month Outlook webpage has been behaving so oddly on iPad OS via Safari. Things are not loading properly, error messages, duplicate emails being sent or stored in drafts - it’s concerning me.

I have cleared the cache in Safari, but this has not fixed the issue.

Any ideas what is happening and how to fix it?

Thanks.

I have the same issues than you on iOS. They started when updating to iOS18. At that time, outlook was completely unusable. Currently, it works with the issues you describe.

In my case I cannot use the app as it requieres my device to be controlled by my company.

Give Edge a try, I know its not Safari but if it works it might be a good workaround if you don't want to ues the full Outlook email-client.

You are right, goes for all browsers (so far). But there can still be differences in how they handle websites.
Without having tried it myself it does seem plausible that Microsoft might do something extra to get the Outlook website working in Edge even on iPadOS; or of course they might just say “use the app.”
