Outlook Sent Items Sync

Anyone know if its possible for me to setup my Outlook (using a verizon.net email address) to sync my Sent Items to my iPhone/iPad and vice versa?

Go to Settings --> Mail, Contacts, Calendars --> Select the Outlook account --> scroll down to "Mail folders to push" --> Select both Inbox and Sent Items (and any other folders you want synced). Voila!
