I set both my compose email font and email signature font to Calibri but only my email message comes through on the receiving end as Calibri; the signature becomes Times New Roman. Seems like it may be a Calibri issue because if I set the signature to Arial, then Arial comes through on the receiving end.

Any thoughts? Thanks!

UPDATE/RESOLVED: I just created a new signature in Outlook, which uses Calibri as the default font, and used it as my new default signature. I guess something got funky with the formatting I applied to my original signature, making it send through to a PC as Times New Roman.

But it is. See example of what appears on the receiving end in one email message:

Hey! How's it going? [this was set as Calibri and displays as Calibri]

Name
Phone Number
Email Address
[this signature block was set as Calibri but displays as Times New Roman]

***

P.S. I know Calibri is installed on both because I'm testing all this using my own two computers.
