Outlook Sync to HTC Phone

[Mac Curious]

I want to sync Outlook 2011 contacts and calander) to my HTC Inspire. I downloaded to Outlook sync software. When I launch it, it always opens my VM Ware Fusion and wants to activate on my Windows side of my MBP. Any ideas how to get the sync app to open on the Mac side? Thanks.

If I understand you correctly, you want to sync Outlook 2011 on your Mac with your HTC device, yes? If so, have you tried MissingSync?

Haven't tried Missing Sync since Outlook says that it can sync directly to devices.
