Outlook

Hi, I'm not sure if I'm putting this in the right place, I hope so.

I have Microsoft Outlook on my existing PC and am wondering about adding it to my new IMac. If I have it set up on both would my emails show up on the PC and the Imac?

I'm totally new to Macs and not the best when it comes to technology anyway!
