Output iPad Audio to iPhone

If I have iPad and iPhone together, I'd like to have the iPad audio output to iPhone, so when I, say, enjoying a movie on iPad and get a call, I won't need to change the handset. This kind of thing is already available with Airfoil but for Mac or PC only.

Your thought?

Speakerphone on the iPhone or perhaps an email to Rogue Amoeba who do some similar things app wise?

Shouldn't be too much an issue anyhow though?

Would it be possible to use a pair of bluetooth headphones that are paired to both devices, I wonder?

Tried but just pairing won't work. So I guess the same with iPad.
