Output phone call audio out of dock connector

The other day i was using skype and while on a skype call, I connected the dock cable from the car! What do you know, the output of the call came from my car's speakers! The person on the other line heard me just fine and i had a direct hands free dor
My car!

Is there a way to do this with a regularnphone call?
