Outstanding issue with MBP 13" Unibody August, 2009?

I have experienced these problems since almost a year ago (August, 2009) when I first bought this laptop. It is a MacBook Pro 13" Unibody.

I bought it brand new and it has always had a bit of a hiccup issue--leading me to believe it is the harddrive itself. I have tried reformats, disk repairs, the works.

I am just wondering if by now if it is known that some of the MBP 13"s may have had a fault HD issue or something? Do you think Apple will take this into consideration?

Any advice helps.

I bought my 13 mbp exactly the same time last year. Never had a single problem - runs great.

I will keep that in mind. I think by the end of the summer I am gonna take it in and talk to them about it if it continues. I have a feeling it's something with the HD.
