Over 400MB/sec write and 500MB/sec read driver-less raid

searching for hardware raid box 4 or 5 drives, run across this tower T10-HR50

It claims over 400MB/sec write and over 500MB/sec read.

Is that possible with TWO eSATA connection transfer rate over 500MB/sec read ?

Any one experience this?

If I use this enclosure to convert M2TS to MP4/MKV file, would that give me any improvement?

No experience with that enclosure, but the speeds are possible over eSATA if you have the right controller.
