Im not sure how? surely it cant fit anymore info than there is memory?
Do you use iTunes match?
Is this before or after sync? I noticed your "sync" button was greyed out, which could be interpreted to mean that it's full, and you won't be able to delete something before you've removed the over-capacity. Otherwise, i.e. if that's after syncing, it's pretty bizarre...
