Over Heating Issues

Mac Geeks,

I am using Mac Book Pro the only problem with this notebook is that the notebook becomes very hot after some time. It becomes too hot that any body can bake the pan-cake on it. Can anybody suggest some way out to precent the Macbook Pro from overheating

Batter on the thin side. Don't overcook...a light brown is fine.

It might be my imagination but...

It might be my imagination but I think my MBP is running cooler after Leopard. I do notice that when I have it plugged in and am using it that it does seem to get hotter than when not plugged in but at least it seems to be cooler. Well, or else my legs are charred enough now that the nerves are burned out... ;-)
