Try a hard reset, or let your phone go all the way down to no battery (shuts itself off and gives you the needs to charge screen) and fully recharge from there, or restore from factory settings.

Battery usage wont always be the same. You cant look at one week and then compare it to the next. Unless your battery life drops in half or something I dont think you really have anything to worry about.
