I just caught this show for the first time last week on History Television. I've managed to catch myself up the rest of the shows that have aired thus far, and so far I'm very impressed by the show. Here's a link to the official site;

Over There

I'm sure other people here have seen it too, what are your thoughts?

If this is a repost, I'm sorry. It wouldn't let me search "Over There"

Do you mean the episodes with Mark-Paul Gosselaar? They were intense, but the whole series so far has been very intense.

I hadn't previously heard of it but it sounds good. I watched one of the promos and it looks pretty interesting. Next wednesday I think I'll watch.

Oh and I really like your avatar rickvanr. Can't wait till January.

It's a very good show. It's shows like this, and Prison Break that I'm hoping can tide my 24 appetite until January. If you like 24, you'll probably like this show.

I've gotten the impression that Over There is only on for one stint of 13 episodes. Hope that's not the case though.

This is one show that has also drawn me in...
makes me grin though with the completely anti officer sentiment... how many LTs have they gone through? All incompetent?

Amazing effects though.

That's the exact same thing I'm doing, just counting the days 'till 24 is finally back on. :D 24 is by far my favorite show currently on the air.

Over There is a great show, very powerful/intense. Can be rather depressing at times, for example when the kid playing chess got hit by the car bomb. But the way it makes you feel for the characters and innocents is part of what makes it so great.

That's what I like about it. They don't paint a happy picture of what's going on over there, it feels real. The acting is also top notch.
