Is there any settings for visually impaired or app to increase the size and make bold the main screens of the iPad? Example - when going to iTunes or the Music area of the iPad, the options at the bottom are in a small font that is difficult to read (album, artist, playlist etc.).

I know that gestures can enlarge various items on the iPad but this is specifically the iPod generic screens.

Thanks in advance. I look forward to having something my uncle can use with ease.
