There are two incredibly bad things about it. (Maps is pretty poor but not bad because I live in Chicago so pretty good coverage)

First the constant color changes where the status bar/time is. I always keep thinking I'm tethered which frustrates me.

The second thing I hate is the speed of the App Store. It sucks majorly now! It looks awesome though but man it's slow as balls.

What does everyone else think?

I dig it. Yes, Maps is a mess, but we'll see how it goes. I live in LA (Chicago transplant) so they're fine here.
The app store doesn't faze me.

Over all, I'm pretty pleased. Passbook is the only thing, other than Maps, that doesn't seem like fully realized idea.
Again, we'll see with time.

I see the use of passbook and I will be using it. Apple should of got companies on board so the apps were a go before the iOS launch. I find the safari improvements and the speed to be amazing but the App Store speed will improve I have no doubt but the speed stinks right now.
