Most of you have tried the 2.0 iPod Touch update. Some of you love it, whilst some of you hate it. Now, I'd like to ask you, what do you think is better? The iPod Touch 1.1.4 or the newly released iPod Touch 2.0 software upgrade.

Things 1.1.4 doesn't have:
Everything the 2.0 software upgrade has is somewhat accessable from jailbreaking the 1.1.4

Things 2.0 has:
App Store (legal version of 1.1.4's jailbreaking application "Installer")

Cons of 1.1.4:
Personal Cons (nothing that buggy)

Cons of 2.0:
Quick Battery Drainage
Constant Crashing
Personal Cons (problems, etc.)

If you have any real cons for the 1.1.4, feel free to tell me, as I see none.

cons in 1.1.4

Off the top of my head:
- no mass delete in mail
- no specific calenders in ical
- no scientific calculator
- no searchable contacts
- no parental controls
- worse stability than non-jailbroken 2.0 (IMO - I guess you disagree)

Ya, though the 2.0 is not very stable atm. It is still more stable then jailbroken 1.1.4. Apple should fix most problems with 2.0 asap.

Oh, and the fact that installer (in terms of apps) sucks compared to app store. The apps in snstaller just can't compare to app store apps.
