Overall Sound Equalizer for iphone?

Hi,
Im looking for a good sound equalizer that will control any audio coming out of the iphone. Id like to be able to adjust the sound levels for whatever app I am using- pandora, sirius, youtube, ustream etc.

Does this exist? All of the equalizers I have found are replacement media players. Im looking for one that will work universally for all apps on the phone.

Thanks very much for that response, I appreciate the help.

I should have mentioned I am looking for a manual equalizer, not just presets like rock, jazz etc. I would like to be able to individually adjust all the levels.
