what about the temperature?

The CPU is not overclockable, it's locked down.

The GPU is, but I wouldn't bother. The computer just doesn't have the thermal headroom for it. You'll run into throttling issues before you reap any tangible benefits.

The glory days of overclocking are long gone, IMO.
