overcoming blocked ports with bittorrent help

at home my connection is far from the speed at work and i have a bandwidth limit at home and not there so i would use bittorrent on my ibook durring the day
well this worked very very well unfortunately when the techs updated to tiger they also closed all ports the only one really left open is port 80
is there anyway to bypass those blocked ports or tunnel through port 80 on my ibook
