i have an iPhone 3GS, and whenever im talking on the phone or using safari on it for a while, it gets really hot and takes forever to cool down. and its always the top of the device that heats up. whats the deal?

It's probably where the processor is located. The longer/more load placed on it the warmer it'll get.
 
well then it loads alot because it overheats every time. more with heavy use, less with moderation.
