just got a new g5 and am using the white, wired mouse that came with it.
i'm noticing that sometimes, when i move the mouse but don't click, the pointer will grab a window and move it. this never happened w/ any of my previous macs or mice, so i don't think it's me.
an experiment showed that if i dropped the mouse on the mousepad from a height of 1/4" inch, it will cause the button to "press".
is it my mouse specifically, or the newer white ones in general? anyone seen this behavior?
btw -- i am somewhat cursed w/ whatever i buy. see .
