Recently I was in New Zealand and had 2 phones with me (an IP5 and a IP7). While I was there, I bought a local sim card for the IP5 and mostly left the IP7 off. Made several calls with the NZ sim number (+64 21.....) Now that I'm back in the US, the IP5 is put away and I'm only using my IP7. When I call or text someone, occasionally my temp NZ telephone number shows up as the calling party. Have no idea as to how it got on my IP7.

I'm guessing there is a string with this number somewhere in my Apple World (IP7, iPad or MBA). Can anyone tell me where to go to delete this number ENTIRELY? Would be much appreciated.

iOS 10 has a feature to intelligently suggest who will probably participate into a conversation. Guess you used your NZ number long enough so that iOS think that is probably a member of a conversation.

My 2 cents.
