Oversize load, no escort cars

This guy should get ticketed for not having a leading and trailing flag car. There's no way this can be considered safe on the highway.

Sorry for the blurry pics, my wife took these while she was driving. Too bad she couldn't get the license plate clearly, this guy needs to be reported.

Not necessarily. Overwidth loads don't always require pilot cars, it depends on the state, road, town, and other factors.

That's not even a load. That's a bracket/chock for whatever piece of equipment was hauled last. It's attached to the frame.

Even if the trailer is empty it exceeds the width of 102 inches (I think)therefor requiring signage. There are no vision impairments, no height concerns so no escorts required.
In the United States an oversize load is a vehicle and/or load that are higher than 13' 6", wider than 8' 6" longer than 80'
