Quick question;
using SMCfanControl in OS X I can get my fan speed up to 4k RPM, which is louder than I ever hear it go.

In windows I'm only able to set the max fans peed to 2700 RPM (which I assume is the manufacturer limit).

Is there a way I can overspeed the fan in windows?

Please spare me the discussion of damaging my hardware.
