Overwhelmed on GPU Choice, Please Help?

If you don't do anything GPU intensive, just grab nVidia GT 120 from eBay (around 100$). As it's low-power card, it's also pretty silent. If you want more GPU power, then go for ATI 5770 but it costs 250$
