OWC 11-Port Thunderbolt Dock vs Satechi Thunderbolt 4 Dock

Hi. I am looking at purchasing 1 one these docks.. OWC 11 Port Thunderbolt Dock or Satechi Thunderbolt 4 Dock. Does anyone have experience using these? Looking at build quality, reliability, Customer Service, etc.

Also, maybe a noob question...Which one of these is faster to do backups on to external SSDs or are they the same speed wise?

I haven't used the Satechi dock but OWC is good to go. I wouldn't worry about external SSD speeds as the transfer protocol would be the limit, not the dock itself.
