Not sure if anyone else is experiencing this, but since updating my Mac mini M2 to 15.3.2, my OWC Thunderbolt 3 Dock isn't connecting after a reboot. I have to disconnect and reconnect the Thunderbolt cable from the Mac to the dock to get it to work again. Anyone else? Any advice?

Your title is confusing: it's NOT about THE DOCK.
I found that auto-mounting USB-sticks left connected over a reboot is not consistent over sub-releases:
at present it seems that those automatically mount even when umounted before.
;JOOP!

For me it is about the dock. After reboot, nothing connected to the dock is accessible to the Mac until I disconnect and reconnect the dock, then everything connected to it works as expected. For me this includes 2nd monitor, optical drive, Logitech mouse dongle, and external hard drive.

I could be wrong, but think Sciuriware is talking about the Dock at the bottom of the macOS screen. Anyway, I have the CalDigit Thunderbolt 4 Pro Dock, and it works fine after a reboot. What doesn't, however, is I have four Thunderbolt 3 devices daisy-chained together from one of the TB4 ports on my iMac. And sometimes two of the four drives--the ones in the middle of the chain--do not connect after a reboot. Rebooting again takes care of the problem.

Is it an OG TB3 Dock? I have a pair of the early ones, the 11-port docks, IIRC. Will check that out, even though I don't really use them anymore (use a TB Hub now).

14 port. The issue seems to have resolved itself after another power cycle of the dock.
