Looking at external HD solutions for under $200, and the OWC Quad Elite Pro 300GB is looking like a fabulous choice. 2 quick questions:

1) What line of HDs does OWC put in their enclosures?
2) Is the software that comes with the package (Prosoft Engineering Data Backup, NovaStor, Intech SpeedTools) incredibly useful?

If the answers to those questions seem to be relatively negatory, I'll probably lean towards getting just the enclosure and buying a drive from Newegg, which would probably allow for more storage space to be more affordable... the 500GB Seagate 7200.10 seems to be a popular option, any further suggestions?

The 320 GB is a seagate i believe. I own one. Very nice drive. Very quiet but vibrates a lot when working. Havent used any of the software.
