Hmm can you post the full xbench result? I'm more interested in the random read performance as well as the NCQ queue depth/multiple queue random read.

For comparison purposes, here are my XBench disk results on an i7 11" with the Samsung SSD. I'm running FileVault2, so that will have some impact on the read and write speeds, too.
