OWC Thunderbolt 3 Dock - Best Option To Connect HDMI Monitor

Hello Everyone,

I picked up a used OWC Thunderbolt 3 dock, and I am trying to understand what is the best port to use to hook up my HDMI 2K monitor.

The rear of the dock has a Mini-display port and a few Thunderbolt 3 ports:

Is the best option to get a Thunderbolt <--> HDMI adapter? Or should I use the mini-display port to connect? I believe my monitor has a Mini-Display port as well, so I would just need the cable.

Basically, just looking at the best way to connect my HDMI monitor to my OWC Thunderbolt 3 dock. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
