Guys I have never seen this shared drive before on my Macbook Pro. Can anyone shed some light on what it actually is please ImageUploadedByTapatalk1413217032.132564.jpg

That's not a shared drive - it's another computer, running Windows.
That computer has file sharing turned on, so your Mac sees it. You can't actually connect to it, unless you know the password for that PC.

so I should not be worried that someone else has unauthorised access to my Macbook?

They don't have access, the only thing they could get into is the shared folder IF you have it turned on.

Check the devices connected to your network. If none of them fit that description you should disconnect feom the internet immediately and reevaluate your router security settings.

Sometimes cellphones can show up as "PC", too.
