Well, I've had my new MBP 15" for a week now. So many things I love about... it's so fast, the speakers have a surround sound quality, the graphics amazing. Did I mention fast?
But that keyboard. I've read many, many complaints about the low profile/travel of the keys. But my issue is more that the individual keys are SO BIG, that my fingers do not know where they are. I touch type very fast, and (usually) easily navigate where my fingers are supposed to be anywhere on the keyboard by feeling the edges of the keys and the almost imperceptible dip in the key. I didn't even notice how much I relied on these features to guide my fingers until I DON'T HAVE IT ANYMORE!
Anyone else? Any suggestions? I've ordered a silicone keyboard protector to see if that might increase the sensitivity of the keys to my fingers.
