From memory everything I've bought from the Apple online store has been free shipping for orders over £50.

Delivery is free on all orders over £50. Orders below £50 incur a £4.95 delivery cost. Delivery is free on iPod shuffle but delivery fees apply to Apple Print Products.

P.S.: That's really bad compared to the conditions in Germany. We do not need to pay shipment fees for any orders above 40€.

Yes;if they go live at midnight PDT. Add 8 hours to the time

Nope, we are guessing based on past years. They will hopefully tell us soon, but may do an iPad Air 2 launch, not telling us and just doing it randomly. However, with a product launch as big as this, I expect they will.
