P3 has quit unexpectedly

Hello all,

I am having trouble trying to figure out this P3, this is a software used by people with hearing loss. It's a video relay services software that allows people like me to speak to a hearing party through an interpreter.

The error occurs between 10.6.8 and 10.7.3 users on different devices ranging from iMac to Macbook pros. Need your help in trying to figure out the error message below. Hope you can help.. Thanks.

Well, it's crashing in FlashPlayer, so perhaps updating flash will help things. If that doesn't help, you should contact the software vender, which appears to be Purple Communications, right?

I did update the flash player but it still crashes. I even removed the 11.2 flash player and installed a previous version, 11.1.102, still crashes.

I know it's crashing in the flash but I can't make sense of it even though it's current. Is there anything that could be interfering with the Flash Player?

Just noticed that you are the vendor for P3. So, are you the software developer? If so, you must have the source code, right? So why not run your software in the debugger and catch the exception there so you can get more info?
