Package Forwarding Viaddress v/s Parcel Bound ?

I've been using Parcelbound for months and there is no competition when comparing them to Viaddress. I wouldn't trust Viaddress at all; just taking a look at these links has me running away from them.

Also, I think you are misunderstanding the "money back guarantee" offered at Parcelbound. If you are not happy with their service they refund you back your membership fee or one-time setup fee within 30 days.
I'm not sure where you are seeing that they also refund you if your parcel is lost. I ship all my packages with insurance, and this is the only way that my parcels are insured if they are lost; it has nothing to do with the money back guarantee they offer.

I do not recommend this company as recently at them theft of the shipped goods prospers.
For example at me at shipment did not ship clothes for $950 +!!!!
I wrote to them about it, but they answered me that that at them did not remain in a warehouse, but they received the fact of not shipped goods!!
They told then me that to me sellers though they confirmed earlier receiving the goods did not ship!!!
Shipment at them is very expensive, steal and then pretend to be idiots that they that did not receive!
As there are hidden payments, allegedly collecting Fedex at the international shipments!
Very slowly ship, there are 7 days both more and again steal!!!

Very interesting and convincing post coming from someone that joined MacRumors in Oct 2013 with a whopping total of 1 post on the forum!!!!
I can't say enough good things about Parcelbound and the service they have provided me, so I do get a little defensive when someone talks blatant lies about their service!
